Ok. Crap start.
Did no exercise today.
And I had only one meal - ate lots of fried chicken and potatoes and drank about 2 litres of umeshuu in an izakaya. And then finished the day with hot chocolate and dr. pepper.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is 2005. My 24th year. I am approaching the second cycle of twelve years, and for some reason I believe that it's time to begin a new cycle in my life, come July and my birthday.
The Chinese New Year just welcomed the Year of the Rooster (or the Year of Cock, as is proving an equally appropriate title) and so I am now also beginning my new blog here and now.
This is not gonna be a comedy blog, or a music blog, or a "you'll never believe this, BUT..." blog. I'm just gonna list, every day, what I ate and what exercise I did. Congratulations, you have reached the most boring blog in the world!!!
HOWEVER, to keep myself (and you) interested, I shall also include motivational images and any useful tips I pick up along the way.
